My goal is to create personalised works of art that you completely love and would not want to live without. That's why we work together to make the artwork just how you like it. This collaboration makes it impossible to offer refunds.

If however your artwork is damaged in transit a replacement will be created and sent out to you as soon as we receive the damaged artwork back at no cost, and I will cover your shipping.
