Branding goes way beyond your logo, stationery and signage, and for many it can be thought of as similar to goodwill. Unlike goodwill it includes indirect contact, everything that represents a business and adds to the way someone might think or feel about a company. Managing this record of interaction is a key to being competitive in todays complex business environment.

No matter how small your brand is you can build tangible value to your organization by measuring your communication against a well thought out brand strategy.

Calendar Films

A local Vancouver independent film maker asked me to develop a new identity and stationery package. As a documentary film maker they wanted a clean modern look and feel that reflected the often serious nature of the films they produced. The logo was designed to be used in two forms, with or without the date graphics that symbolize the film production process.

Priority Management Systems Inc.

A Business Training organization with 75 offices around the globe wanted to update their image.

I designed the original script logo in the late 90′s, I added a new tag line that speaks directly to the reason their clients employ their training techniques.

I produced a full stationery set and 30 year anniversary logo for the corporate brand, word-marks for each of the training products and a complete re-design of their web site, and all of their sales materials.

Zest Japanese Cuisine

A new family Sushi restaurant in the heart of Kitsilano Vancouver needed a complete identity, including Logo, stationery, signage and menu.

I produced a simple graphic logo and identity system that combined modern Asian aesthetics with western family values.

Kits Graphics

A small Vancouver print shop serving the needs of local businesses with 1, 2 & 4 colour litho and digital printing. Family owned and operated with a reputation for excellent personal service.

I was asked to develop a new logo and stationery package to modernize their image.

I proposed a brand image centred around this trusted personal service, and created a logo that placed the personal fingerprint of the owner in the logo. This put his ‘mark’ on all the work produced and symbolized the attention to detail they placed on all their client’s projects.

Early Minds Education Inc.

Early Minds Education is a publisher of teaching materials and books for parents who want to be more involved with their child’s education.

I was commissioned to design all of their branding, products and web site from the ground up.

I created a clean fresh image that works in both a trade and retail environment.

The back of each business card is used to promote their most recent publication, allowing for both recognition of the brand and promotion of their products.

In addition to the brand image I have completed book designs, product designs, web site, advertising, direct mail and illustrations, all with the same look and feel.
